-polymorph self- Charname stuck in ogre form

in BGII:EE Bugs (v1.2.2030)
Charname won't revert back to original form despite resting.

    The same is happening with me. Nalia cast polymorph self in Dragomirs tomb. Now she can't turn back.

    I may be missing something obvious. But I've tried everything I can think of...

    Please let me know if you find any solution.

    P.s. my version number may not be exactly the same. It's partially obscured with the pause screen logo! It may be a 1.3.xxxx version though
