Please can defs answer these 2 questions:
Will BG2 allow import of character from BG? yes or no will suffice.
What is the release date of BG2?

    I'm interested in these questions myself since the previous thread was closed.

    As for one, yes I believe there should be imports, but I don't know if it was officially confirmed. Most of us are assuming there will be.
    For two, there is no iPad release day. Even if beamdog wanted to have a countdown like they did for the PC version, the way it works is they submit it to apple for "review" which usually takes about 5-7 days(but in this case has evidently taken a month) and then apple puts it on the store. We know the release date when it come out. Other than that I can only tell you "soon".

    @meagloth thank you for the info. Let's hope that it's released on Thursday when Apple updates the AppStore.

    As far i know, apple always tells when your game will be released on apple store,
    rather then smash F5 button on apple store and when our game will appear, then
    we will post it here and let us know.
