4 new party members

Hello, I searched and found noting. I purchased the game from Beamdog and when I go to start a game it shows me the screen with the 4 new party members but if I click on one of them the "installed" button is grayed out. I thought the party members were included in the game when I purchased it. If not how do I get the new party members installed or purchased?

    The PC version includes the 4 new characters.

    It's only the Ipad version for which the EE characters are optional extras.
