Gambling Tents have incorrect area flags (AR0700)

Makes them behave like outdoor areas which causes the lighting to look odd.

Removed bag flags from the following areas: AR0724.ARE, AR0725.ARE, AR0726.ARE

    Works. They are no longer flagged incorrectly.
