How much con for half orc fighter/cleric

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Will they benefit from having 19 con like a regular fighter?

    any class will benefit from having a 19 CON, as it correlates to your HP total, especially classes that will be up on the front line, like I assume your fighter/cleric will

    No, only Fighter, Ranger and Paladin types will benefit from Con >16 for HP purposes. The others will only benefit from really high con regeneration at 20 but not gain any HP beyond the +2 for 16. Your Fi/Cl is fine though.
