cant get game to load.....

thought I would try out the PC version while waiting for the IPAD to get up on the app store. when I try and load the game I get the following message..........there was an error. A crash report was saved to......please contact support @beamdog.com. I emailed a copy of that crash report to support over a week ago and still no response from beamdog. what gives, does anyone have any ideas to get this running cause I dont think it will ever hit the Apple app store.
