Multiple final saves on iPad

I'm on my second play through on my iPad while impatiently waiting for BG2 to hit the App Store. This is more of a lighthearted experimental run and I want to use the more core character I developed in my first game for BG2.

If I kill Sarevok on this play through am I going to wipe out my original final save, or will the game automatically save multiple finals?

I am playing the latest version unmodded on an iPad Air. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I tried this a few days ago and ended up losing the first save. I suppose a half decent solution would be to have saves just before you enter the temple available for all characters you wish to continue with.

And then start the game over again.

Don't forgot to rename the save folder.

@Keroy exactly all i do is call a save 'Sarevok' right outside the temple i've got 5 characters racked up
