Dualed Fighter->Mage doesn't benefit constitution additional HP received by Machine of the Lum

I have Berserker 13 -> Mage. My current HP is 178 (including hp from familiar, also received +10 hp from deck of many things). Current constitution is 19.

After receiving additional CON point via machine i had same 178 HP. Level-up (via console) doesn't fix that problem.

There is no additional HP gain to be had by going from 19 CON to 20 CON, both grant +5HP per level. You will however gain a slow passive natural regen. See the below website for a CON chart;
