Neera quest triggering in tOB

i just need console command to trigger neera quest start in TOB...plse

It doeas not start on me.....

Can you give us more information? Where are you in the game, why do you think you need to start it via console? What makes you think it's broken?

Ok i finished all^...i just picked neera form pocket to start...

another info if i speak to her he keeps saying to me that:

''are dead Liches supposed to do that''?

I have completed Hexxat questline before....

i sleep for days and changed areas...nothing trigger quest....
