    They won't get them, but this is not because of a bug, this is because those bonuses are applied at character creation.
    This can easily become a good feature request.
    But this is no bug.

    Maybe someone (i mean a modder) will create a fixpack module for this, but i doubt anyone could be bothered.

    I believe the "EE" addendum is there for a reason, so I hope this bug will get resolved as it affects three NPC races.
