Hey guys, Im reaaaaaaally bad with portraits... no idea what I'm doing here.
This is for BG2. I just wanted to change up Imoen to have "wavy" hair, Virconia's skin color (and purple robes), and jaheria with a little different hair.
However all I see are portrait packs, I dont want to change all my NPCs, just these 3 (perferable in Shadowkeeper so I can switch back if I like).
SO first i need L, M, and S of each right? Then I have to put them in the right place for SK to find them?
Could anyone post these versions of portraits and explain how to SK them in?
Thanks so much guys... again I'm terrible with this :S

Enhanced edition lets you use any portrait size as it makes the image fit in all size forms.
I just want to download for those 3, I popped into the portraits thread but only could find 1 or 2 of each... and they wernt s, m or l
Secondly, I just wanted to do it in shadowkeeper but cant find where the "change portraits" button leads to. It should be simple right!?
again thanks guys, getting really frustrated! lol
Crop the image to how you want it ingame then resize and save versions of it to the following dimensions:
****L.bmp: 210x330 pixels
****M.bmp: 169x266 pixels
****S.bmp: 54x84 pixels
Using modern versions of paint you can actually specify the size you want the image in pixels when using the resize function. Just make sure you've got the height and width right when you choose a picture or it can get stretched.
Then copy the images to your Override folder in the game directory as @lunar suggests. You just need to make sure that the filenames are correct.
Here is a link showing the correct portrait names for each original NPC for BG1 and BG2 which should hold true to the EE versions:

now to go portrait hunting
Still having trouble. I found a Jaheria Portrait, only have the S and M versions... Saved it as a 24 bitmap under games/00783/Override. both with JAHERIAL and JAHERIAS
and... nothing.... what did i miss?
