EE Keeper on Mac TroubleShooting: Where to Find Save Games??

Hey all,
Thanks for taking the time reading and hopefully replying to this post.

My problem is that EE Keeper cant find my save games of Baldurs Gate 2: Enhanced Edition on my Mac.
I have looked everywhere and even directed it to the filepath where the savegames are located
(which is a different location of the filepath then the actual BG2:EE app, strangely)
and even then it cannot find the save games, the window stays blank. Can anyone help me out!
