Good fighter single companion?

I got Minsc, with witch, the thief from early game and the healer that was a "stone statute", but i need a good fighter. Is it possible to have Bjornir join the Group? I cant seem to succeed with his quest.

    No, Bjornir cannot join your party.

    As for fighters. Since you seem to be good/neutral, I might recommend Ajantis or Kivan. If you don't mind taking evil NPCs, then Kagain, Shar-Teel or Dorn are all good.

    Anantis can be found on the road of the farm north of the friendly arm inn, and Kivan can be found just north east of high hedge.

    Ok, finished Bjornirs qust and couldnt have him join.

    Khalid and Jaheria at the Friendly Arm Inn are both pretty decent for a good/neutral aligned party.

    By single fighter, you mean one who is not paired with another NPC and would leave if you dismiss the other? Kivan or Ajantis. Kivan does better as a damage dealer, Ajantis better as a tank.

    Ajantis and Kivan are indeed your best bets. Kivan has a bow in his portrait and a lot of people use him as an archer, but he's just as capable in melee.

    Ajantis really needs the gauntlets of dexterity to shine, but he's also a solid melee character who can double as party leader with his solid charisma score.

    I just got Kagain, and equipped him with helm of opposite alignment...dual wielding Drizzt's scimitars. :) Problem solved.
