Custom Portraits for BGII:EE on IPad

I feel so close but something's not going right! The previous options haven't worked for people because the "portrait" folder was missing. I went looking for it and it's in a .bif file (.key really) so I had to pop open the .key to really look at it.

1. Jailbroke my iPad
2. Installed iFunbox
3. Installed WinBiff (http://www.gameapps.com/winbiff.htm)
4. Got my custom portraits (http://www.shsforums.net/topic/55677-paintbg-introduction-and-samples/)
5. Opened WinBiff using the -a command and located the chitin.key file for the BGII:EE app...
6. Located the /data/portraits folder in the .key and started going nuts on replacing the existing portraits.
7. Copied chitin.key file through iFunBox...
6. Then I get this error (http://tinypic.com/r/303eat0/5)

I'm going to recheck the portrait dimensions to make sure I've got it down...you can definitely extract the original portraits and see that it's perfect, but WinBiff has trouble removing them from the .key so maybe something's up.

I FEEL SO FREAKIN CLOSE! Please help..

Yes I should've gotten the PC version.

No I can't play the game forward because my OCD self can't stand the mismatched portraits.
