Select Panes Missing

When I load my latest save game the select panels on left and right are missing with no buttons to maximise and restore them? How do I get them back as my game is now unplayable?

    I have the same isue, does anyone know how to solve it?

    The button is missing too (possibly a bug). I finally restarted from a previous save to enable the panel again. (Curious fact, i had it missing in the Red Wizards enclave)
