Thac0 Elves and Two weapon fighting...

OK so I am playing BG2EE with an elf F8/T11 with 18/98 strength, longsword**, Club** & TWS**

I have Blade of roses +3 main hand showing Thac0 4 with or without an off hand weapon equipped.

If I equip a longsword +1 in the off hand it shows a Thac0 of 10

If I equip a club +2 (wyverns tail) in the off hand it shows a Thac0 of 13

Can anyone explain this to me?

It seems to me the two off hand weapons should have the same Thac0 - that the long sword +1 gets an extra +1 due to elf but the club is a +2 so the end result should be the same.

(No mods except Dungeon B Gone)

    Elves never, never got the extra THAC0 point in off-hand, but if you say this, maybe it was added, really, I do not know.

    Thac0 Elves would be a cool band name.

    Duhhhhhhh....

    Just read the whole description for Wyvern Tail - its a flail/Morningstar proficiency not club...
