Question. I have pre-ordered the game, but this badge has not shown up. What can I do about this?

    I'm not sure how Beamdog gives out the badges, but did you guys register with the same e-mail on Beandog and on this forum?

    Yes, but I've ordered on Beamdog sites before register on the forum.

    I notice there's a delay on most badges, not sure if they are scripted to appear once criteria has been met or if it is an manual thing (which would make no sense).

    I believe I read somewhere in this forum that some of the data in the site is scheduled to update at fixed hour everyday. That's why if your pre-order is made after that hour, you will have to wait until the next day. I think that is the case, but I am not sure.

    It should be automated but there is sometimes a hiccup with the forum and they need to be manually sent

    AFAIK they link your account based on email, so if they aren't same then it has to be done manually I think.
