Conjure lesser air/earth/fire elemental

When enemy mages conjure one of the three, the elemental is automatically on their side; they're not at first neutral becoming ally or foe only after 3 rounds of trying to control the elemental.

On that note, not a single enemy mage in the game uses conjure lesser air elemental. :(

    If enemy mages got stuck for 3 rounds you could easily kill them, I think this is a feature.

    You can kill enemy mages easily with or without this "feature". Then there's breach.

    Rebalancing the duration could be an option for both the player and enemies, but it should be symmetrical.

    @Succubus, well, I meant more easily, but I wrote something different. I think that (rebelancing the time) should do. On a slightly off-topic: I think this is more a feature request than a bug.
