Is there any chance to a scimitar (+1 or better) besides the one Drizzt is wielding or the one on top of Durlag's ?

Yep, explore Cloakwood.

As @Noon says, go south as soon as you get to the Cloakwood map with spiders, search the cliffs.

There's also an enchanted scimitar on the Ogre mage in the Baldur's Gate sewers if you missed that.

That one is said to disappear if you rest in the area so go straight for it, but yes, that's a +2 scimitar.

There's a wakizashi or ninja-to +1 from Dorn's 1st encounter too if I remember correctly. Same category, but not exactly a scimitar, no.

The Dorn encounter gives you a +1 Wakazashi. There's a +1 Ninja-to in the sewers under Sorcerous Sundries, near the Ogre mage.

Rashad's Talon (+2) is actually available twice in the game. My Blade swung both of them to good effect.

Isn't there one in Gullykin, or maybe really under Firewine?

Now, I'm not saying its not hanging on someone's sash, of course.
