[Known 7190] Broken Terl/Anomen quest

Terl appeared recently in my game, but never spoke to Anomen to summon him to his father's house--he just followed the party around for several days.

Later, after clearing Rasaad's sidequest and returning to town, Sir Ryan Trawl appeared and summoned Anomen to the Order of the Radiant Heart. However, when I bring Anomen to the order of the Radiant Heart, he complains about his sister's funeral (which he was never informed of) and threatens to leave. Ryan Trawl won't offer Anomen's challenge when spoken to, but nothing happens when Anomen visits his father, either.

Save file is attached. To reproduce, go to the Order of the Radiant Heart.

    Don't worry, you can edit your post and move it (the gear icon at the upper right corner, and then edit), move it to BG2:EE bugs.

    Well, in vanilla he LITERALLY followed me TROUGH ALL the game AND spawned multiple times :P (he even made it to Spellhold!!), and I know how annoying this guy is (he tried to talk to Anomen even. single. time.)

    I'll try to reproduce, and I'll take a look at the quests variables.

    I can try this--what's the exact CLUA command?
