Accelerating NPC chats via EEKeeper?

Is it possible to speed up or prompt the chats amongst the NPCs using EEKeeper?

I'm worried that I may get through ToB without seeing all of them.

In my party: PC (half-elf blade), Neera (romancing), Valygar, Mazzy, Imoen, and Rasaad.

I haven't seen any chats between Neera and Valygar yet, which is surprising.

Does the cheat CTRL+I work?

Yeah I'm not really a fan of using the console, but in this instance, it seems like a much simpler workaround.

I've never actually used it myself (I try not to 'cheat' in general, and find EEKeeper sufficient for the tweaks I do want to make).

Is there a guide for newbs like myself about how to use the console?

Enable console, then make much use of CTRL+I. All it does it cycle through banters and sprite animations, and if requirements for a banter are met, they'll play.
