How to summon bullets with Irinne Sling +4

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Im pretty imbarrassed to ask this but how do I summon the bullets with this, otherwise, really good sling?

    You click the satchel icon (or F8) and it should be one of the options given there - all item-based extra qualities are listed and accessed that way.
