Requesting assistance with Neera's Romance (Minor Spoiler)

So, I've gone all the way through Shadows of Amn, and am progressing well through Throne of Bhaal. Somehow though, back in Shadows of Amn, I misplaced Neera's Mechanical Bird. (Probably overlooked it getting dropped on the ground when I got something.) How pivotal is this to her romance? Is there a console command to create the bird? Thanks. :)
