Neera's Dialogue Stuck (ToB)

I summoned and recruited Neera in Throne of Bhaal after completing Hexxat's quest in ToB. Anytime Neera tries to talk to me, she says "Are dead liches supposed to do that?" and a dialogue with Hexxat ensues as if I was in the middle of Hexxat's quest.

I am requesting a workaround to this bug so that Neera does more than comment on dead liches daily. I have no idea what variables need to be changed to circumvent this.
