Wish Or Wish Options Interrupt Spellcasting

Observed behavior:
When answering the Djinn after casting Wish while another spell is being cast, at the end of the dialog it disrupts.

Expected behavior:
The spell should cast normally.

Comments:
I think this has to do with certain options that add abilities like Hardiness or Greater Deathblow. Just guessing there.
In my game, the spells were cast under Improved Alacrity.

All the dialog options in the game interrupt Spellcasting, not just Wish's.
Anyway I'm cool with this since I hate this from happening.
Also, the Dao form Wish initiates dialog automatically, but the Limited Wish's Dijnni has to ba talked to.
I don't know if it could be from having other spells active, this happens to be even without any buffs, just it is that dialog interrupt spellcasting.
And, yeah, this only happens if you have Improved Alacrity since you couldn't be able of casting spells so faster.

@CrevsDaak I have been able to cast spells after dialogs occurred. I did more tests and it really seems to interrupt when you choose options that add abilities like Hardiness, as if you were casting it yourself.
