Black Pits 2: need some hints :P

I finished the game, but mostly through arena combat. I'm picking up an old saved game and hoping to see more of the game outside the arena. I've made it into the hunters' quarters, but I'm guessing there are additional levels, if nothing else beyond the locked door near the entrance to the hunter's area. How do I move on? Thanks!

I probably kidna failed in that, lacking thief, thus missing few chets Dennaton's suite and Joker's room.
List:
-Freed Najim and imprisoned Dormamus (btw does anyone knows how and why those courteasans died?
-Got the scroll from the senile archmage (it could be also probably obtainable from the wild mage as well)
-Obtained poison for Joker, but was unable to plant him. I though it's doable via Voghil, but was unable to find how.
- Got Winged's bracers, but found no use for them (the priests and paladin comment on them).
-Found journals about the grudges between the Thassk Kun and Pol Pyrrus, but no hints how to exploit this.
- Implated funguswood (sp?) which killed the cook.
My final battle:
-did it two times, first attempt failed
1st try
-Najim was present instead of Dormamus, but got instakilled by Vorpal sword proc from Winged.
-Used the Scroll on Bannor, swapping our places (the animation looks weird btw, there were 2 golems for some time). It seemed quite useful: Bannor ended up as caster, but without protections in the middle of my group and was swiftly dealt with. My sorceror turned into golem, loosing casting abilites. The golem seemed to inherit my base THAC0 AC and HP, but got golem immunities and very strong dual wield fists pushing back enemy caster. Sadly he was instakilled by Winged and her stupid vorpal sword.
- Thassk Kun, Pol Pyrrus and Joker were all using high level magic protections, which i was unable to remove with my main caster turned to golem and now dead, forcing me to reload.
2nd try
-Najim didn't got instakilled by Vorpal sword this time (instead my Monk did) and proved to be extremely useful by tanking Winged for several rounds and when Near death turned into gaseous form, forcing Winged to chase him around the arena after which he emerged Unijured. Than they fought until my Dwarwen Defender entered the fray and finished Winged off (she failed her save vs Axe of Unyielding - very satisfying).
- Didn't use the Scroll on Bannor. Instead abused chain timestop to remove protections from Thassk Kun, Pol Pyrrus and Joker, who got clustered and easily dispatched by earthquake and following top level aoe spells.
-Bannor was proved to be very tanky, but his damage output was low and my Inquisitor basicaly finished him off.
You can also bribe the guards to switch sides.
I created a dedicated pickpocketer and had fun pickpocketing all the guards, and some other npcs for useful valuables. I pickpocketed the cook's diary and found out he was not such a bad guy, afterall, just sad and depressed. I will see how I can use this info.
You need a character with very big CON score to drink with Voghil to the end, where he will get drunk and you can offer to poison Joker. She'll come and vomit a bit upon getting poisoned. But she does not die, I think this might lower her statistics in the last battle. (a lower STR, DEX or CON score, perhaps, or less hit points total)
I didn't get to free Najim, I will try to in my current playthrough.
I dialogued past the second to last battle (with haximus and co.) was a high charisma score necessary for that or just picking the right options?
The final battle was very difficult for me, I always find battling parties of varied abilities far more difficult than fighting lots of the same thing, or a few powerful enemies of the same type.
Also, anyone figure out what the feather is for?
And how to weaken The Winged? I got her gauntlet translated . . . looks like she was once a follower of Torm, but what do you do with that knowledge?
Is there a way to get a piece of the Concoctor for the cook's dish? Bellowgulp won't let me. I killed Cook with an allergic reaction to funguswood instead and feel like that wasn't the optimum path.
For those without a thief/lockpicker, try talking to that fake monk who stand around the left side of the marketplace. You can get him to tell you the illthid who sells magic stuff has a wardstone to pass into the hunters' area (I haven't done it, though; already did it by pretending to be a noser.)
And finally, it appears you should talk to each person in the game with a different character; I don't know if it's about alignment, charisma, attributes, or what, but you can get different dialogue options, depending. For instance, that guy in the training room who thinks he's a gladiator (not a slave) will join my fights for free only if my dark moon monk talked to him.
