Multi class fighter thief two weapon style

So i noticed when creating my halfling multiclass fighter thief i was only able to put two stars in two weapon style. Though later on when levelling i could put 3 + in two weapon style. It surprised me that he was able to get those 3+. Is this normal to the multiclass fighter-thief or is this a bug or glitch?

    I'm fairly sure a fighter multi should allow you to maximise any fighting style. As far as it being delayed, I think this also fits, as I believe even single class fighters can't go beyond specialisation at 1st level...

    Yeah, that's normal. Its just Weapon mastery you can't get, you've always been able to put all 3 pips in TWF as a Fighter/X Multi.

    But the third point isn't all that useful so I usually don't put it in for a while.

    Thx. It was a pleasant surprise when i saw i could invest 3 + in a weapon style. Thought i couldn't do that because you can't do it at level1. But on later levels you can do it. Awesome.

    Looking forward to test that scimitar Belm and that evil longsword in shadows of amn. Right now in bgee, i usually sneak first, equip my dagger of venom for a first backstab and then i switch to dual wielding with varscona longsword and dagger in offhand.
