Ravager (ToB) won't spawn

I walk into the room and nothing happens. This is my second playthrough and on the first this happened sometimes too, but a reload would fix it.
Now, it's stuck and I cannot progress.

    Have you done any type of edits? Do you have any mods installed? What platform are you using? Could you upload a saved game?

    None, none. PC.
    Sorry I assumed that it was given it was PC with no mods unless you said otherwise.

    Unfortunately not - after around 5 quits and reloads it eventually spawned, so I no longer have the save. It's still something that is definitely an "issue".

    Well, I'll see of trying this some day.
    I'm still on chapter 3 so I think I'll have to import my run to ToB now to check for bugs *sigh*...
    A little thing: when you find a bug make a separete save, just a little recommendation :)
