DungeonBeGone and BG2 Tweaks

I started a new game and then installed the BGEE2 mod in my beamdog\games\00783 directory . I ran Setup-DungeonBeGone.exe d then restarted the game and loaded my save file.
I did not find the guide so I started another game and failed again.
I put the "jassy" directory in the override directory, and that did not help.
Is there something else I must do to activate the guide or to activate mods in general?
I also downloaded "bg2_tweaks" and put the directory in the override directory. How do I access the tweaks?
