Anyone know how to transfer icewind dale portrait sounds to baldur's gate?

Anyone know how? Because I tried copying the sound files from icewind dale to the baldur's gate one. The files were there in the menu but no sounds which is weird. Also idk where the files for our portraits are held or if we can transfer them. So if anyone knows how to transfer these I would be much obliged.

Portraits are bitmaps in the game. If you have Near Infinity you can locate them under the BMP folder. Custom portraits have to be placed in the portraits folder in your game's directory.
