[DUPE 7126] - [tob] Recurring graphic effect when character is effected by anything

Hi,
Everytime a character of my party is affected by any effect and also when I quick-save, a whitish-violet glowing circle like a spell-effect appears around the char (see attached image) and I hear a whoosh-sound as when casting. this ist particularly annoying because wearing a ring of regeneration, this effect appears every three seconds.
