Dual classed Cleric/Thiefs can't assign weapon proficiensy slot

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR
Clerics that dual to thiefs get weapon proficiensy slot when leveling their thief-class, as per the thief table. Those weapon slots are given so long as there are thief-weapons without an assigned slot. However, once their cleric class is reacctivaded they may only assign slot's to blunt weapons. This may create a situation, where the player recives an un-assignable weapon slot, and is unable to leave the level-up screen since s/he can't finish the level-up procces.)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
