Dorn and Hexxat questline in ToB

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Anyone know when do they start? i have reached amkethran and nothing has happened yet. although i have already finished neera's quest line. Also when does Rasaad's questline start?

    Travel back to the oasis. It should start Dorn's. Rasaad started for me while travelling from the first area after saradush to Neera's clearing. Hexxat, I have read that it starts in the inn at the monk's city but havent reached it yet

    umm i just got hexxats questline to start she now has the new casque. how do i get her to tombwalk?

    Speak to her. And yes - I think this is a bit silly since you NEVER speak to your characters in BG2, I don't know why it works this way.
