Graphic bug

I started the game today, but the graphic since the start goes "flickering" i tryed in "graphic option" to remove or to lower the graphic quality but the only possibility is something about the larger of the screen & mouse's cursor... I dont know why cuz i have a medium good pc/videoboard... Some suggestion? Thx
