ToB starts with Viconia's ExpLoveTalk=3, skips talks 6 and 8

The first time Viconia spoke to me was in the Forest of Myr after the wraith "Gorion" attacked. Following this there was no dialog regardless of time spent, areas visited or rested in until the defeat of Yaga-Sura (when ELT=10 triggered), then the romance proceeded as normal.
The first save demonstrates that the game starts with ELT=3, the second is immediately after the wraith attack.
One other anomaly is that if you attempt to talk with Viconia she will initiate a dialog about needing to leave because you are attacking Sharrans. This is both out of context and bizarre. I do not know if that has any bearing on the problem but thought I would include it in case.
