    You can extract them from the games by using NI, I've done so with the Quasit sounds for my Quasit PC.

    These are weird wavs, no audio player will recognize/play them either. The best idea I have is... throw the ones you want in your BG, then record them from character creation. Most video software has a tool to record the audio output of your speakers, so you need no microphone or filter out background sound. It's tedious, but I'm not aware of a way to convert them. Would be conventient when searching specific voices in all the "male05" and "t_blrb_01x" files.
