How to defeat the final boss as a solo monk?

Unfortunately, I don't have the Nymph's Cloak so can't charm anyone into helping me, and I'm finding that any buffs keep on getting dispelled. Playing as a standard monk, wielding Twinkle and pretty much every potion going. Any advice at all wld be wonderful as this has been a bit of a grind!
