How to upload soundsets from other games?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to upload sound sets from other games? I am currently attempting to copy icewind dale II soundset to the bg;ee soundset but its not working. I wasn't sure how I was supposed to set up the format but does anyone know how to set the sound sets up? I would very much appreciate it thanks!! :)
