#7121 [CORE] - Thaco penalty on Soul reaver +4 not working ?

Well, I've just tested the soul reaver against the balor in the underdark. The thac0 penalty did not trigger.
I've also tried against my char, a summoned squeleton warrior, a fallen deva, and even Neera.
The special effect don't seem to trigger at any time. There's no penalty to thaco.
Is it just me or... ? ;)
