How do you change npcs portraits BG:EE

Sorry I didn't know what category to put this in. Any way so i had used edwin's portrait in BG:EE because it was one of the only mage-like portraits in the game. Then i changed mine with a custom portrait and now edwin looks like a creepy leprechaun. Please help
