It *is* but I still need to test my results (I've been away from the scene for... months)... But, since I wanted to test if it did work, I remove most of every spell and now she doesn't summon demons around or make me lose all gold!
The file that needs to be edited/extracted is WILDMAG.2DA. It contains 3 columns (It's like a txt file)... One for the number reference (1-100), one for the spell itself (ex.: SPWI105 (color spray) or SPWM114 (Hold)) ( http://gemrb.org/iesdp/appendices/spell_lists/tobspells.htm refenrece!) and the string reference (string # in dialog.tlk). As soon as a "*" (without the quotes) is in the spell row, it seems not to use that line (so, replace the spell with a * and you should be good to go!).

P.S. In the reference webpage, SPWISH23 Ruin (lose gold) and SPWM117 (Lose gold) would be my best bet!
