No banters

When I completed Hexxat's second quest (the one with the Claw and the ghost Monks) it skipped her dialog and went immediately to adding the journal entry "We talked a bit about Hexxat's childhood. It wasn't perfect, but whose is?" That's when I realized I hadn't heard any banter in a long time. In fact, the only one I remember at all was Dorn's romance, which I chose the "no thank you" option. That's the last time I can recall anyone bantering. That was many in game days ago.
