Raelis Missing in Planer Prision

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I have got to the end of the Planer Prision and I,m stuck.

Playing as multiplayer with six of my own characters. Haer Dalis is there but Raelis is missing so I can,t get out.

Using IPad version.
