Learn new cleric spells?

I have the drow cleric in my party and was wondering how to add new spells or is her spell list just unlocked by level?

You just level up.
Every two levels after level 1 you gain a new spell level, so it's like this:

1-2nd level: 1st level spells
3-4 level: 2nd level spells
5-6 level: 3rd level spells
7-8 level: 4th level spells
9-10 level: 5th level spells
11-12 level: 6th level spells
13-14 level: 7th level spells

Then you only get more spell slots I think for the Cleric and Druid.
Mages get more spell levels. Sorcerers though get new spell levels at every even level, not an odd one.
