the game becomes impossible to play, apart from unbearably annoying. But hey I need a cleric. any solutions?

    Could you upload a saved game? They are in Documents/Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition/save, it might be better to make the game auto-save since it won't let you save because she is talking. If not try to silence her with her own spells (Silence 15' Radius). The save game is named 00000000 and then the name you gave to it (or Auto-save if you are using the auto save).
