Killing Qilue help

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Im in th Drow city and i havento kill adrow preiatess named Qilue formthe telepatchic fish. But their is a gaurd ourside her door and everytime i try to enter the guard says "Qilue has no time for you, move along."
Plz help i know im on a time limit to kill her. What is the problem and the solution. Thanks

    It looks like a bug.
    If you have a savegame before speaking to the fish try reloading.
