Problem with Banter Packs

Hello,

please excuse my bad English.
I have the following Problem.
I installed Banter Packes v.14 and iepbanters v 4.2.
After the Installation of iepbanters i got an Error Message from Windows, telliing me that the Programm may not be Installed correctly.
After the first Banter appeard in Baldurs Gate 2 EE the Game Freezed.
After that I uninstalled both mods an Re-Installed only Banter Packs v 14 but there seems to be no Party Banter at all.
Not from the game and not from the mod. I Played over an hour and no optional Banter happend

Can someone Pleas tell me what could caused this?
