Neera cannot memorize 9th level spells

I don't know why this is but I can't seem to get Neera to memorize any 9th level spell (no matter the school) now that she's turned level 18 in Throne of Bhaal. (I haven't tried before now). When I click on a 9th level spell the only option is "Done". No "Write Magic" at all. Am I missing something?

And oh, this seem to affect Imoen as well. No memorizing for her either :(
