Enemies dissapear after reload

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Well, what the title says. It happened twice in SoA and now I'm playing ToB and it happens A LOT. These are minor enemies, like shadows (or whatever they are) and those fish-like people in Watcher's Keep, or soldiers in the sewers of Saradush. Maybe this is supossed to occurr when you are a really lousy player (which, admittedly, I must be) but then there shouldn't be any difficulty settings, and I'm playing in medium. I don't know. Anyone? Thanks

    Unfortunately its a known issue. Its not anything on your end.

    The internal number for it is #5465 (for any testers looking for it)

    i thought this was fixed long ago? like a week or two after release it was fixed

    What patch level are you playing? This bug was the only one fixed since release, a memory leak issue on PC.

    This behavior has always existed in BG2, Enhanced Edition or not. Randomly spawned enemies disappear upon a reload. Not sure whether it should be "fixed".
