[7267, 9528] Yet another major let down..

I was in spell hold and I talked to saemond I think to leave the island to go to the under dark. But I did all that, left the island and talked to the shark people. Then it crashed, so I reload but the last save was right after I talked to the guy at the tavern in spell hold island. Now I can't find saemond at the docks in the spot by the pirate ship, he does not appear. Yes I checked my journal and the tavern, it's another bug!!! No fix because it on iPad, convenient iPad is not fixable.

I can't believe this, I've Played half of bg2 already and I'm getting mad crashes (stopped for awhile) and glitches like this...

    I don't think my patch solves the crash, but my fix (very likely) solves Saemon not at the docks.

    A save would help only if the crash is indeed reproducible. In that case, i can promise i will catch the bug.
